Todd A. Spodek

Todd A. Spodek, the founder of Spodek Law Group in New York, New York, has more than 13 years of experience practicing law. He represents clients with criminal defense matters as well as family law and divorce matters. He provides sound counsel to his clients with cases such as felony murder, depraved indifference murder, assault, robbery, menacing, harassment and predatory sexual assault.

Mr. Spodek has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Northeastern University with a major in criminal justice and corrections. During and after college, he served at some of the most prominent law firms in Boston and New York, as a paralegal and a file clerk. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

While in law school, Mr. Spodek was selected to be on the moot court and argued criminal cases. After law school, he gained invaluable insight into the justice system by taking on criminal law cases when he joined a criminal defense firm and appeared in court regularly.  

Mr. Spodek has extensive experience representing individual clients and business clients in criminal investigations, misdemeanors, felonies, violations and grand jury investigations. He also has experience representing clients in custody, visitation, pre- and postnuptial and so on.
