Toni Ann Grande

An experienced attorney, litigator and mediator, ToniAnn Grande is the founder of ToniAnn Grande, PC, and handles legal issues related to family law in New York, New York City, Manhattan and the surrounding areas. Her practice is focused on issues such as child custody, child support, pre- and postnuptial agreements, equitable distribution of financial and business assets, divorce, collaborative divorce and divorce mediation.

Ms. Grande believes that a settlement is often the best approach to take during a divorce and dedicates her time to coming up with a reasonable solution, using cost-effective, practical approaches to settle the diverse challenges of each of her clients. Admitted to practice in New York state, she is a member of the family law section of the New York State Bar Association, the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals and on the board of directors of the Family Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York.

Named one of the Top 50 Women by New York Metro Super Lawyers in 2018, Ms. Grande is a former clerk in the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. The firm was founded in 2010, and she has represented successful entertainers, executives, professionals, businessmen and women along with their significant others and spouses. Ms. Grande attended Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1996, then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2000.
