Wei-An Wang

Ms. Wang graduated from the Soochow University in Taipei, Taiwan, with a Bachelor of Arts in 2012, and studied economic law at the National Taiwan University. She continued her legal studies at the New York University School of Law, earning her master’s in taxation law in 2018, and the same year, she was licensed to practice in New York. She is also admitted to practice in Taiwan since 2013.

An accomplished attorney, Ms. Wang gained valuable experience in civil litigation and corporate law from when she practiced law in Taipei, Taiwan. She was primarily a civil litigator handling white collar crimes. She also represented domestic and international clients in several matters related to corporate and securities, such as company reforms and liquidation, complex lawsuits, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. 

Proficient in legal research and reasoning, Ms. Wang is an excellent litigator zealously defending her clients’ rights in the courtroom. Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English, she serves a diverse clientele, assisting them in making well-informed decisions that could help their business stay open and thrive. She is verified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US). 

A licensed practitioner for almost a decade, Ms. Wang maintains professional memberships in the New York State Bar Association and the Taiwan Bar Association.
