Wendy E. Miller

Wendy E. Miller is a founding partner at Wissing Miller LLP in New York City. Ms. Miller represents clients in the New York metropolitan area and worldwide, and has been involved in many significant cases.

Ms. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Penn State and acquired her law degree from The George Washington University. She has three decades of legal experience in litigation, licensing, and portfolio development. Her experience and skill has lead to successful decisions in many cases involving judgments of millions of dollars.

Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in New York, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  She also is a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Outside of her law practice, Ms. Miller is dedicated to sharing her legal knowledge and experience with others through lectures and various speaking engagements. She regularly speaks on intellectual property topics for a variety of institutions and organizations, including the National Association of Women Lawyers, New York Intellectual Property Law Association, Intellectual Property Society and more. She has also spoken at conferences, including Fordham Law School’s Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference and the 28th Annual Joint Patent Practice Seminar.
