William A. Gentile joined the legal team at Godosky & Gentile in 2007, bringing with him a robust background in both criminal and civil litigation. His practice areas include torts, personal injury and medical malpractice, where he continues to advocate for the rights of those injured due to negligence or malpractice. Since his arrival, he has achieved numerous verdicts and settlements exceeding one million dollars, establishing him as a formidable presence in the field of personal injury law.

Before his tenure at Godosky & Gentile, Mr. Gentile honed his litigation skills as an assistant state attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. His role as lead counsel in over 25 trials provided him with extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of effective legal strategy.
Mr. Gentile’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
