Zixian Qi

Zixian Qi is a founding partner of Alpha Law LLP and focuses her practice on real estate transactions, landlord-tenant, and related business and financing issues. She represents purchasers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters throughout New York.

Over the course of her career, Qi has handled more than $800 million in real estate transactions, representing clients in matters ranging from Manhattan luxury residences and Long Island waterfront properties to multifamily portfolios, commercial acquisitions, development projects, and complex financing transactions.

In addition to her transactional practice, Qi regularly represents clients in Housing Court and landlord-tenant disputes. Having handled hundreds of eviction proceedings and related matters, she brings a practical understanding of both the transactional and litigation aspects of property ownership, allowing her to advise clients strategically across the full lifecycle of a real estate investment.

Qi also serves as lender’s counsel and settlement agent in residential and commercial closings, overseeing loan documentation, title and survey review, fund disbursement, and closing compliance to help ensure transactions proceed efficiently and successfully.

She has additionally advised clients in bankruptcy matters and other financial restructuring situations affecting real estate and business assets.
