Practicing law since 1977, Thomas C. Yatto is an immensely experienced attorney in the field of personal injury law, focussing on clients mainly in the region of Kingston, New York. As a senior trial attorney, he provides dedicated service working out of the New York-based law firm O'Connor & Partners, PLLC, which has offices in Kingston, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie and Saugerties.
Finding passion in helping injured victims seek justice, Mr. Yatto has dedicated most of his four-decade-spanning law career to personal injury law. He has represented numerous people across New York in battles against negligent authorities and other parties at fault, before various state and appellate courts. He has won landmark cases against corporate giants and individuals in power and has been successful in bringing the wrongdoers from decision-makers to executioners to justice.
Mr. Yatto has had wide exposure to a variety of personal injury cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, workplace accidents and defective products.
