Jeffrey Black

Attorney Jeffrey Black is a partner with the Black, Lyle & Habberfield, LLP, law firm in Olean, New York. Mr. Black holds his license to practice in Pennsylvania as well as New York, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern and Western Districts of New York.

A leader in his legal community, Mr. Black has served as president of the Cattaraugus County Bar Association and Chairman of the New York State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Programs. He is also an active member of the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Allegany County Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations.

In support of his local community, Mr. Black is highly involved with the Olean Rotary Club, serving on its board of directors, and he has achieved the status of a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also a former board member of the Cattaraugus County Arts Council and the Cattaraugus County United Way, and he is involved with various other charitable, civic and educational organizations in his area.
