Carmine J. Carolei

Carmine J. Carolei is a senior trial attorney at Rutberg Breslow Personal Injury Law, which has offices across New York – Poughkeepsie, Monticello, Utica, Middletown and Albany. Licensed to practice in New York since 1989, he handles all aspects of personal injury law statewide.

Mr. Carolei completed his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Fordham University in 1985. A 1988 J.D. graduate of the New York Law School, he worked for almost two decades in a private firm located in New York. He uses the skills garnered from years of experience to efficiently handle personal injury cases due to defective medical devices, vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents and dog bites, and those involving sexual abuse and nursing home negligence.

Each of Mr. Carolei’s interactions exudes compassion for his clients who has to face the aftermath of the injury. Soon after being licensed to practice, he was admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of New York.

Mr. Carolei imparts courage to his clients to go through with the litigation in order to get them the rightful compensation they deserve. He understands the role of financial compensation in helping them get their life back on track after a fatal or life-changing incident.
