Marty Rutberg

An attorney at Rutberg‐Breslow Personal Injury Law, Marty Rutberg focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Practicing out of the firm's main office in Poughkeepsie, New York, he represents clients throughout Dutchess County and other parts of the state. As an undergraduate, Mr. Rutberg attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and in 1975, he received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude. He then pursued his legal education at Brooklyn Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1978. A former president of the Dutchess County Bar Association, Mr. Rutberg remains active in that organization as well as in other professional groups, including the American Association for Justice and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. His community activities have included his service as a member of the board of directors of the Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum.
