Meredith Monti Boehm Lamb

Meredith Monti Boehm Lamb is a seasoned attorney serving clients at the Lamb Law Offices, bringing with her a wealth of experience in divorce and child custody matters. A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, she is licensed to practice law in both New York (since 2010) and North Carolina (since 2007). She has dedicated the last decade to practicing family law and matrimonial law, involving litigation and child custody.

Ms. Lamb’s legal career began in North Carolina and later extended to Rochester, New York. Early in her Rochester tenure, she handled a highly publicized criminal case, adding a not-guilty verdict and acquittal to her accomplishments. Her practice is divided between litigation (55%) and non-contested family and divorce cases (45%), and she has been certified as an Attorney for Children by the 4th Appellate Division since 2010, demonstrating her commitment to advocacy in family law. Her bar admissions include North Carolina (2007), New York (2010), and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York (2011).

Ms. Lamb earned her Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia, in 2007, and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2003. She is a dedicated member of several professional associations, including the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA), the New York State Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association, maintaining active memberships and leadership roles since her admission to the bar.

A collaborative divorce attorney certified through the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area, Ms. Lamb has held significant roles within the MCBA. She has served as the chair of the Solo and Small Committee and as the secretary of the Family & Matrimonial Committee since 2016. Additionally, she is also actively involved in the Technology Committee, the Diversity Committee and the Nominating Committee.
