A zoning and land use attorney in Rochester, New York, Mindy L. Zoghlin is the founder of The Zoghlin Group, PLLC. She represents clients throughout New York state, helping them with legal matters related to zoning, land use, environmental, and municipal law. 

Ms. Zoghlin also represents individuals, developers, small businesses and municipalities in matters involving toxic torts and property damage, zoning and regulatory permits and Article 78 issues. She helps them lower environmental risk exposures and recover settlement amounts needed to redevelop the contaminated property. 

Obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Brandeis University in 1980, Ms. Zoghlin pursued her legal studies with a concentration in state and local government law at the University of Buffalo. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1984 and was licensed to practice in New York and Pennsylvania the same year. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York.

Maintaining an active presence in her community and legal circle, Ms. Zoghlin is a member of the following organizations:
