Gregory Spektor

The founding partner of Gregory Spektor & Associates, Rosedale, New York, attorney Gregory Spektor has dedicated his practice to personal injury law. Over his 15-year career, Mr. Spektor has helped hundreds of clients receive compensation for their losses either through jury verdicts or settlement agreements. He has had the honor of representing clients in motorcycle and truck accidents, hazardous construction accidents, defective product injuries, wrongful death lawsuits, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability accidents and more.

Mr. Spektor completed his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering at the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 1994. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York, in 2006.

A member of the New York State Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association, Mr. Spektor was first admitted to practice law in New York in 2007 and later in New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has also been a part of many jury trials at the Supreme Courts of Kings County, Queens County, Nassau County and Westchester County.
