Gerarda M. Rella

Practicing in New York since 1987, Gerarda M. Rella is a well-seasoned and respected attorney in the field of workers’ compensation associated with the law firm Rella & Associates, P.C. From her office located in Sleepy Hollow, New York, she dedicatedly works to champion the rights of workers and assist them in matters pertaining to Social Security Disability, New York City Employees’ Retirement, New York State and Local Retirement, and the World Trade Center Compensation Fund.

Stepping into the arena of workers’ compensation as an assistant corporation counsel at the New York City Law Department, Ms. Rella honed her skills and proceeded to work for a reputed defense firm. After serving there for several years, she commenced solo practice and explored deep into the field, dedicating her career exclusively to fighting for the rights of injured workers.

Ms. Rella is a 1983 graduate of Le Moyne College, Syracuse, from where she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Later, in 1986, she graduated from the Western New England University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
