Anastasia V. Larios

A partner at the law firm Jakubowski, Robertson, Maffei, Goldsmith & Tartaglia, LLP, in St. James, New York, Anastasia V. Larios represents clients with general litigation and family law and matrimonial law matters. She provides sound and knowledgeable counsel to clients throughout Long Island, New York City and throughout the state of New York. 

With immense experience, Ms. Larios is a reputed trial attorney and frequently appears in the Supreme Court of the State of New York and the family court. She supports her clients’ best interests and has an unwavering commitment to their needs. She is a zealous advocate for the rights and freedoms of her clients. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College, Ms. Larios studied law at Pace University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree and graduated summa cum laude. She was the recipient of the Carl J. Vergari Excellence in Criminal Law award. 

During law school, Ms. Larios interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and the New York County District Attorney’s Office. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Bankruptcy Court. Actively affiliated with the legal community, Ms. Larios has memberships in the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar Association and the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association. 

Ms. Larios has received much recognition for her work in the legal field. She has been peer reviewed through Martindale-Hubbell and has been the recipient of the Client Champion award by Martindale-Hubbell as well. She is enthusiastic when it comes to giving back to those who need it the most and has sponsored numerous families through Branches Long Island. She is also actively involved with the Greek Orthodox Church.
