Anthony J. Lamberti

An experienced attorney and partner at Armstrong & Lamberti, PLLC, working out of the firm’s office in Staten Island, New York, attorney Anthony J. Lamberti has been licensed to practice in New York, since 1991. Focusing his practice on elder law, estate planning and litigation, wills and trusts administration, and probate law, he handles all aspects related to his practice areas, including:

Securing his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 from The City University of New York – John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Mr. Lamberti went on to obtain his law degree from the Brooklyn Law School in 1990. Stepping into the field of professional law, he served as a principal law clerk for the Honorable Judge Leonard Scholnick at the New York State Supreme Court, where he worked on over 1500 guardianship cases. Following that, he has served several positions, not restricted to the following:

• President - Brooklyn Bar Association
• 2nd Judicial District Delegate – the New York State Bar Association Elder Law & Special Needs Section Executive Committee
• 13th Judicial District Delegate – the Richmond County Elder Law Section Executive Committee  
• Delegate – the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates

Mr. Lamberti also frequently lectures at various bar associations and civic groups on several topics of guardianship and elder law. Affiliated to multiple legal organizations, he has been the chair of the Brooklyn Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee and is presently, the chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Richmond County Bar Association. Additionally, he has served for many years on the board of the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association and was elected as the organization’s president in 2008.
