Mario Gallucci

Mario Gallucci is a criminal defense attorney and the owner of The Gallucci Law Firm located in Staten Island, New York. Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, he has over three decades of experience in the legal field. He takes on cases involving murder, manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, all violent felonies, racketeering, conspiracy drug and drug kingpin cases, assault and battery, domestic violence, DUI/DWI, sex offenses, and larceny.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in American studies and philosophy from the State University of New York Brockport, Mr. Gallucci earned his Juris Doctor from the Vermont Law School. He interned at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney and was promoted to the chief of the Drug Crimes Unit. After working at the DA’s office, he joined a medical malpractice law firm.
