Jonathan Bell

Jonathan Bell is a partner and seasoned employment and labor law attorney at The Bell Law Group located in Syosset, New York. He possesses the breadth and depth of experience and skills to provide his clients with the right assistance in employment law matters involving sexual harassment, employment discrimination, employment severance agreements and contracts, disability benefits, whistleblower actions, and wage and hour issues.

Mr. Bell completed his Bachelor of Arts from The State University of New York in 1995, after which he attended the Brooklyn Law School and attained Juris Doctor in 2000. He obtained his license to practice law in New York the same year and later in Connecticut.

Early in his career, Mr. Bell worked as an attorney with one of the biggest law firms in the state. He was not satisfied with his work as he often had to compromise his ethics and principles. Determined to help serve justice to those who deserve it, he started his own firm in 2002, which was originally named the Law Office of Jonathan Bell. His firm’s other offices are located in Washington, D.C., Syosset and Garden City, New York, and Miami, Florida.

Having dealt with a multitude of cases related to private sector employment and personal injury, and winning his clients multimillion-dollar claims, Mr. Bell is rated “Good” through Avvo. Mr. Bell has memberships in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
