Anthony S. Bottar

Anthony S. Bottar is the founder of Bottar Law, PLLC.  Tony is an accomplished trial attorney with more than 45 years of experience pursuing medical malpractice, birth and brain injury, construction accident, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases throughout the State of New York.  Tony has been AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1985, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers In America for 20 years.  He is sits on the Character and Fitness Committee of the New York State Supreme Court (Fifth Judicial District), was the Chair of the Fifth Judicial District Grievance Committee, is a Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation, and is a regular speaker at continuing legal education seminars.  He is a past-president of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a is a past member (1996-2016) and vice chancellor (2012-2016) of the New York State Board of Regents.  Tony is listed in The National Trial Lawyers "Top 100," was named to the Lawdragon 3,000 Leading Lawyers in America, is a fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America - Trial Lawyer Honorary Society, is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums, and has been featured by New York and Central New York magazines as one of upstate New York's top plaintiffs attorneys.
