Joe Stanley

The leader and founder of Stanley Law Offices, LLP, Joe Stanley focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Located in the firm's main office in Syracuse, New York, he provides representation to clients throughout the state as well as in the state of Pennsylvania who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that Mr. Stanley has had experience in have arisen out of surgical errors and other forms of medical malpractice, defective or dangerous drugs and other products, commercial truck and other motor vehicle crashes, premises liability and construction site accidents. He has been able to obtain numerous sizable settlements and jury awards on behalf of his plaintiff clients.

A native of Syracuse, Mr. Stanley attended the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry in that city as an undergraduate, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in 1975. He subsequently went on to attend Syracuse University College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1981. Admitted to practice before all New York, Pennsylvania and Florida state courts, Mr. Stanley is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He has been certified as a specialist in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Stanley has also been named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.

A fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Mr. Stanley is an active participant in several other legal organizations. His memberships include the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
