Joshua M. Gillette is a founding partner with Gillette & Izzo Law Office, where he focuses on plaintiff's medical malpractice, catastrophic injury and personal injury cases.
Mr. Gillette spent more than 9 years with a defense firm focusing on medical malpractice and catastrophic injuries, including over two years as a partner with that firm. He has extensive experience in cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death and premises liability. He takes his experience having worked on both sides of civil litigation to fight for his current clients. He then spent 5 years as a partner at a plaintiff's medical malpractice and personal injury firm before co-found Gillette & Izzo Law Office.Â
Mr. Gillette has tried cases for both defendants and plaintiffs in New York Courts and is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, and the Northern, Western and Southern District Courts of New York.
