The types of cases that Mr. Porter has handled have arisen out of incidents involving medical malpractice, defective products, premises liability, nursing home abuse, construction site accidents, and truck and other motor vehicle crashes. He has been able to secure numerous high-value jury verdicts and negotiated settlements on behalf of his plaintiff clients, including awards of more than $1 million in five consecutive cases between 2011 and 2014.
