Philip J. Rizzuto

In his 30-plus years of practicing law, Philip J. Mr. Rizzuto completed his undergraduate studies in 1989, graduating with his B.S. degree in accounting from St. John’s University. He went on to enroll at St. John’s University School of Law, where he adapted well to his environment and used his time in law school to absorb immense legal and practical knowledge. He received his Juris Doctor in 1993, and a year later, he became licensed to practice in New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the New York Supreme Court. 

Within his legal community, Mr. Rizzuto holds close affiliations with a plethora of prominent legal organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association.
