Shannon Bahnsen

Shannon is an associate in the Real Estate Department at Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein, LLP. Shannon’s practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants for high-end properties, including retail, restaurant, office, industrial and other commercial properties located in New York and across the United States. Shannon’s clients include international, national, regional, and local retailers, as well as developers, property owners, and other businesses with real estate needs.

As a dedicated attorney specializing in commercial leasing, Shannon helps her clients navigate complex real estate transactions, working diligently to balance both the legal and business aspects of each deal and offering practical solutions that align with her clients’ long-term goals.

Shannon earned her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany, where she graduated summa cum laude. Shannon is admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.
