Kyle Bruno

Kyle Bruno is an attorney at the law firm of Toresco & Simonelli, P.C., which has its offices in West Islip, New York. With more than seven years in the field of law, he represents clients in New York and New Jersey with civil matters, including personal injury claims and divorce and family law matters. 

With a genuine concern for his clients, Mr. Bruno is keen on providing them with effective legal representation. He is passionate about ensuring his clients get what they deserve, especially after the losses they have experienced because of another person’s careless behavior. He is a zealous and fierce advocate for his clients’ rights and best interests. 

Mr. Bruno obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science and philosophy from the Saint Joseph's University, where he had memberships in many honor societies, including the nation’s oldest academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa, and the political science, history and philosophy honors societies. 

From New York University, Mr. Bruno has a Master of Arts in journalism, and he received the Travel Grant honors from the Travel Grant – National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences’ New York Chapter. He went on to study law at the Seton Hall University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2010. 

While in law school, Mr. Bruno was an active participant in moot court proceedings and was a part of the Gressman Inter-Scholastic Moot Court Competition. He also was the recipient of the title Best Oral Advocate in Appellate Advocacy and the Raymond Del Tufo No. 1 Constitutional Law Student Award, Class of 2013. 

After law school, Mr. Bruno served as assistant corporation counsel at the New York City Law Department. In addition to New York and New Jersey, he is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Prior to pursuing law, he worked in the media, where he had an award-winning career, covering sports, breaking news and politics, and also worked for NBC Sports.
