Adam W. Schneid, a founding partner of Most & Schneid, P.C., astutely and zealously advocates on behalf of his clients in White Plains, New York. He focuses his practice primarily on divorce and related family law issues, including complex property division, child custody and child support cases, spousal support and post-decree modifications, among others.
Before attending law school, Mr. Schneid pursued his undergraduate studies at Cornell University, graduating in 2003 with his Bachelor of Science in industrial relations. Mr. Schneid then went on to attend Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2006. While in law school, he received the Jacob Burns Medal for academic achievement, was a member of the Order of the Coif and a Dean's Distinguished Scholar and served as an associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
Mr. Schneid first honed his litigation skills after law school by working in the litigation department of a top U.S. law firm for five years. He then left to found his own legal practice with his partner. He is admitted to practice law before all of the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He is additionally admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Always striving to better his legal practice, Mr. Schneid is an active member of multiple professional organizations. His memberships include the American Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and Nassau County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
