Arthur J. Muller III

Arthur J. Muller III is Partner at the law firm of Trivella & Forte LLP, a highly experienced employment litigation and labor law firm, serving clients throughout the New York City metropolitan area and across the country.  The firm has historically focused its practice representing Unions, employees and Trust Funds in litigations involving the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), Labor Management Relations Disclosure Act (LMRDA), National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and defending companies that are involved in lawsuits concerning workplace discrimination and Title VII matters, employee benefits, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other related matters.

Mr. Muller’s unique skill set has allowed the firm to expand its practice into related areas to provide its clients with full service representation, including real estate matters, business tort litigation, property right disputes, landlord-tenant actions, and advanced debt-collection proceedings.

A Westchester County native, Mr. Muller graduated magna cum laude from Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Political Science, and subsequently earned an M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and management.  Thereafter, he attended Pace University School of Law where he concentrated in litigation and trial advocacy.  While at Pace, Mr. Muller interned for a Justice of the Supreme Court, Westchester County and the City of Mount Vernon.  He received the Anthony and Josephine DiFiore Memorial Award from the Columbian Lawyer’s Association and was in the inaugural class of New York State Pro Bono Scholars.  He graduated from Pace Law School magna cum laude in 2015.

Mr. Muller is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut, as well as the Supreme Court of the Untied States, Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (former member of the House of Delegates) and Westchester Country Bar Association (Member of the Board of Directors, Co-Chair of the Membership Committee, and Mock Trial Director). Mr. Muller is also an Adjunct Professor at Pace Law School, teaching course in Evidence and Negotiations.  He also coaches trial advocacy students at Pace University School of Law and is a guest lecturer for Pace’s Advocacy Program for evidence and trial skills.
