Daniel G. Ecker

From the Lever & Ecker, PLLC, law offices in White Plains and Bronx, New York, Daniel G. Mr. Ecker completed his undergraduate studies in 1993, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Cornell University. He went on to the Fordham University School of Law, where he honed his legal acumen and talents that still inform his practice today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1996, and a year later, he obtained his license to practice law in New York.

A stalwart champion for his clients, Mr. Ecker employs a no-holds-barred approach, fighting tooth and nail to get his clients the compensation they deserve, with a notable results including nearly $9 million for a client whose fall ended their prestigious career and $3 million for a client regarding a failure to diagnose cancer. For his many contributions, he has been rated a perfect “10.0” rating on Avvo and was the recipient of the Exceptional Contributions Award by the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Within his legal community, Mr. Ecker maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations. This includes the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association, of which he is the former chair, the Westchester County Bar Association and the Justice Brandeis Law Society, of which he is a member of the Executive Committee.
