Erin R. Kelley

From Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, LLP, in White Plains, New York, Erin R. Kelley provides judicious legal representation to clients throughout the surrounding areas in complex civil rights matters. She strives to get them the justice they deserve for the hardship they have had to endure due to no fault of their own.

Ms. Kelley completed her undergraduate studies with distinction in 2015 from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she took part in the Wisconsin Model United Nations and was a member of the Pre-Law Society, Phi Beta Kappa, and the Hoofer Ski and Snowboard Club.

After graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in history, English and Afro-American studies, Ms. Kelley went on to attend the University of Southern California – Gould School of Law. During her time there, she was a member of the National Lawyers Guild, the Public Interest Legal Foundation and the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. She received her Juris Doctor in 2020, and a year later, she obtained her license to practice law in New York. 

While in law school, Ms. Kelley served as a legal extern at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. There, her shrewd legal acumen and talents were tested and shaped through researching subjects such as prisoner civil rights and habeas corpus, among other dutiful responsibilities. She now uses the experience she gained to help her clients move on from their tumultuous legal challenges and onto better opportunities in their futures expeditiously with grace and poise.
