We help will and trust beneficiaries receive their inheritances and enforce their rights.  And we counsel fiduiaries and beneficiaires in uncontested matters to help fascilitate a smooth, efficient and complete probate, estate administation and fiduciary accounting. When consistent with our clients' goals, we are effective negotiators who help our clients reach resolution through settlement or keep the litigation small. We work with our clients to set ambitious and attainable goals.

We also help clients with estate planning and asset protection, focusing on designs and strategies intended to minimize or prevent the family fight before it starts.
