Carton handles a variety of matters for his individual and business clients throughout the greater New York City metropolitan area. Some of Mr. Carton's representative cases have included the successful defense of a boat builder in a wrongful death lawsuit involving a tour boat that capsized on Lake George in which he obtained summary judgment on his client's behalf, and the successful representation of the surviving family members of a Major League Baseball pitcher against the manufacturer of a dietary supplement.
