Kevin P. Walsh

With a solid understanding of what it takes to get clients back on their feet, Kevin P. Walsh represents the citizens of Nassau and Suffolk counties, along with Long Island, the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Westchester, Newburgh and Staten Island. As a senior partner at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, he handles cases of personal injury, Social Security Disability, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice.

He is a member of the Catholic Lawyers Guild, the Brehon Law Society, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and previously served on the Board of Directors and as president of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, where he is a current officer. Offering over 30 years of experience and knowledge, he lectures to various labor organizations on issues of workers’ compensation.

As a student at State University of New York at Albany and Pace University Law School, Mr. Walsh discovered a passion for representing civil servants, union members and employees in every industry who are dealing with cases involving workers’ compensation insurance. Since then, he has represented people dealing with many types of injuries, including those from construction, tunnel work, heavy lifting, exposure to fumes or chemicals and work-related car accidents.
