Mr. Kozek graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University. He earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law and received his license to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1988. He is an active member of the New York State Bar and is qualified to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States.
