Adelina E. Simpson

Adelina E. Simpson is an associate at Simpson & Simpson PLLC in Williamsville, New York. Her practice focuses on handling various legal matters concerning intellectual property, patents and trademark issues for clients across the state.

A graduate of Brandeis University, Ms. Simpson completed her bachelor’s degree majoring in journalism in 2015. She pursued her legal education at the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2018. She holds admissions to all state and federal courts in New York, including the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.

While at law school, Ms. Simpson was the executive publication editor of the Buffalo Law Review. She is also actively involved in her alma mater's legal community. She is a member of the UB Law Alumni Association and serves on the board of directors for the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Group.

In 2016, Ms. Simpson gained valuable experience as a student judicial clerk under the United States Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Additionally, she honed her legal skills by working in the legal department of an international engineering, architecture and design firm.

Ms. Simpson engages in her legal community with memberships in organizations such as the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. She stays up to date with legal developments and continuously strives to provide the best representation for her clients.
