Kevin M. Bronson

Kevin M. Bronson is a registered patent attorney whose practice centers on patent prosecution while also encompassing a range of intellectual property and contractual matters. Earning dual undergraduate degrees: a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies from St. John Fisher University in 2015, Mr. Bronson completed his Juris Doctor at the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2020, concentrating his studies in intellectual property law. He is admitted to practice in New York and is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and he is authorized to appear before the courts of the state of New York.

Mr. Bronson’s scientific training and hands-on research experience inform his approach to drafting and prosecuting patent applications. During his undergraduate studies, he received a research fellowship and presented findings in experimental biology in Boston. While in law school, he completed an externship with the University at Buffalo Technology Transfer Office, where he evaluated faculty inventions for patentability and helped shape decisions about protecting academic innovations.

Early involvement with the Lockport High School F.I.R.S.T. Robotics team sparked Mr. Bronson’s ongoing interest in technical drawing and invention, and he now produces patent illustrations for select matters. He serves as an executive officer on the NativityMiguel School of Buffalo Junior Board, where he leads fundraising initiatives and helps secure resources for the school’s programs.
