Rebecca J. Talmud

Sole practitioner at Talmud Law, PLLC, Rebecca J. Talmud handles legal matters related to family law, representing the people of western New York. Her cases include matters of divorce, adoption, child support, custody and visitation, same-sex divorce, mediation and collaborative law, military divorce, uncontested divorce and fathers’ rights.

Admitted to practice in the state of New York since 1985, she represents those in West Falls, Springville, Alden, Eden, Elma, West Seneca, Depew, Orchard Park, East Aurora, Hamburg, Pendleton, Wilson, Lockport, Niagara Falls, Lewiston, North Tonawanda, Kenmore, Tonawanda, Williamsville, Amherst and Erie County. A mother of two small children, Ms. Talmud fights aggressively for the rights of her clients no matter what type of case she is handling.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Western New York Women’s Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association. In 2001, Ms. Talmud graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with an undergraduate degree before pursuing her dream of becoming an attorney. She then attended Boston College Law School, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2005. Since then, she is proud to represent clients throughout the Williamsville area as they work through what can be emotional, traumatic situations in their lives.

While Ms. Talmud is a skilled negotiator, she is also prepared to do what is necessary to get what her clients need, even if that means going to court. She is known for the individualized attention she gives to every case and her passion for family law.
