Andrew A. Strauss

I provide estate planning and administration services to clients of all net worths ranging from under $1 million to over $100 million. As a member of the North Carolina and Florida bars, my practice is very diverse regarding age, geographic location and planning goals. I enjoy working with families and individuals to customize their simple and complex estate plans. I have worked on foundations and charitable trusts to achieve philanthropic goals. I currently serve on the Mission Hospital Foundation board. My business background of running businesses enables me to work with business owners on their business succession issues. I have also assisted clients in protecting their assets through various asset protection techniques, including offshore and domestic LLCs. One of my greatest strengths is being able to communicate complex topics understandably.
