Prior to becoming a worker's compensation attorney and personal injury lawyer, Brian Elston was a claims adjuster for a major insurance company. As an adjuster working on insurance claims, Brian saw first-hand the benefit injured workers and their families received when represented by an experienced attorney. The time spent as an adjuster inspired him to go to law school. He knew that his background and perspective could provide the injured and their families a better, fighting chance.
After law school, Brian formed Brian Elston Law in 2015, a firm focused on personal injury accidents, wrongful death cases, workers' compensation claims, and employment law matters. For over a decade, Brian has had the privilege of representing the injured and their families and, fortunately, resolving their cases through multiple, high-dollar settlements, jury verdicts, and awards.
