Prior to becoming a worker's compensation attorney and personal injury lawyer, Brian Elston was a claims adjuster for a major insurance company. As an adjuster working on insurance claims, Brian saw first hand the benefit injured workers and their families received when represented by an experienced attorney. The experience as an adjuster led him to law school so he could be one of those attorneys that helped those families.
After law school, Brian formed Brian Elston Law in 2015 as a solo practicioner. After man successful years focusing on personal injury, wrongful death cases, workers' compensation, and employment law, the firm added partners, and became the Law Offices of Elston, Donnahoo & Williams in 2021. His passion for helping the injured continues and his personal injury experience has included premises liability, medical malpractice, pedestrian knockdowns, and truck and other motor vehicle accidents, and he has been able to obtain numerous high-dollar settlements and awards on behalf of his plaintiff clients.
