Brian F. Davis primarily handles truck accident cases involving tractor-trailers and other commercial motor vehicle cases, such as dump trucks, buses, garbage trucks, and delivery trucks. Brian was the first attorney in North Carolina to become Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is currently one of only Brian is a founding member of the Association of Truck Accident Attorneys and is a current board member. Best Lawerys recognized Brian as the current Lawyer of the Year in personal injury litigation in North Carolina. Brian has also been ranked by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in truck accident law. The National Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys and the American Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys have also recognized Brian as one of the Top Ten Lawyers in his field of expertise. Brian has also been a member of the Amercian Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group for many years. Brian is a former Board of Governors member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
As a leader in truck accident law in North Carolina, Brian is a frequent speaker and lecturer about trial techniques and strategy at legal conferences both locally and nationally.
