Amos G. Tyndall

Amos G. Tyndall created the Law Offices of Amos Tyndall, PLLC, to offer competent criminal defense services in Carrboro, North Carolina. For more than three decades, he has provided the highest quality representation to people from all walks of life, defending them throughout North Carolina and in the appellate and federal courts of the United States.

Mr. Tyndall’s contributions to the practice revolve around fighting for the rights and best interests of clients in matters involving assault, murder, battery, sexual abuse, pornography, white collar crimes, theft, fraud, homicide, drug offenses, Title IX investigations, medical board proceedings and federal grand jury investigations.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Tyndall majored in English and economics and completed his Bachelor of Arts in 1987. Later in 1992, he received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina (1992), the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Committed to the welfare of his community, Ms. Tyndall teaches trial advocacy to prospective lawyers and his peers. He has been a teaching staff at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, the Trial Lawyers College and at several local law schools. He has also written extensively on various criminal law topics.
