Daniel B. Titsworth

Daniel B. Titsworth is the owner of Titsworth Law Offices, P.A., in Cary, North Carolina. He has dedicated his career to representing individuals injured through no fault of their own. Since 1994, he has focused on personal injury, auto accident and workers’ compensation cases, guiding clients from the initial consultation through settlement negotiations or jury trial when necessary. His hands-on approach ensures every client receives personal attention and a legal strategy tailored to their unique circumstances.

Mr. Titsworth graduated from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University after earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Admitted to the North Carolina Bar Association in 1994, he is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Tenth Judicial District Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association. These affiliations reflect his commitment to professionalism, ongoing education and advocating for injured individuals across the state.

Raised in a working-class family in a small Illinois town, Mr. Titsworth understands firsthand the challenges hardworking people face when dealing with injuries and financial hardship.
