Adam R. deNobriga

Construction litigation attorney Adam R. deNobriga is a partner at James deNobriga Long, PLLC, in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving clients throughout the state. His practice is primarily focused on construction and design litigation, professional malpractice litigation, property damage litigation, and insurance coverage litigation.

Graduating with a bachelor’s in religious studies from Rhodes College in 2006, Mr. deNobriga went on to earn his law degree from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2010. While there, he was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review and a recipient of the Dean’s Award of Excellence for the best appellate brief, legal methods, and the best oral advocate categories. He also received the Cleveland Drennon, Jr. Memorial Scholarship during his second year of law school.

Admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2010 and North Carolina in 2015, Mr. deNobriga has more than a decade of experience in construction litigation. His clientele includes contractors, sub-contractors, design professionals, building owners and various other individuals in the construction industry. He takes pride in helping clients find a solution to each one of their unique circumstances while upholding their best interests. 

A seasoned and knowledgeable attorney, Mr. deNobriga has argued several cases before the federal courts in North Carolina, and also before the North Carolina Superior Court and the North Carolina Business Court. He assists clients with various legal matters involving defective construction claims, contract issues and projects ranging from residential homes to large commercial buildings. Mr. deNobriga also dedicates a portion of his practice to insurance coverage issues. Lastly, Mr. deNobriga is a North Carolina Certified Mediator and throughly enjoys working with others to resolve cases.
