Allison Pauls Holstein

I have been practicing Family Law almost exclusively for over fifteen years, and have been a Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar since 2009. After graduation from law school, I thought that litigation was not for me, until I found my calling helping families through the difficult process of divorce. Though challenging at times, helping others with lawsuits involving custody, child support, equitable distribution or with settlements through execution of a separation agreement is personally and professionally rewarding. I have been recognized in Super Lawyer's Magazine every year since 2011, and have been rated by Martindale Hubbell as having the highest ethical and legal standards in the industry. I am also certified as a Family Financial Mediator through the Dispute Resolution Commission and have completed training in Collaborative Law in order to provide additional areas of expertise to assist families during a time of transition.
