Andrew S. Brendle

Andrew S. Brendle is one of the founding members of the firm Soni Brendle, PLLC, based out of Charlotte. With over a decade of experience, he has litigated a wide range of cases for his clients involving business litigation such as disputes, deceptive and unfair trade practices, breaches of contract and restrictive covenants. He also has a rich background in handling family law matters, including domestic violence, child custody, alimony and modification of court orders. 

Receiving his undergraduate degree in political science from Hampden-Sydney College, Mr. Brendle graduated with honors in 2007. His passion and desire to serve people led him to pursue law, and he chose Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins Law School. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2010. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Brendle has proactively worked with several corporate companies and businesses and has played an instrumental part in resolving various conflicts. He works closely with businesses to identify potential risks and help them avoid litigation and trials whenever possible. He represents his clients in all federal and state courts as well as before the North Carolina Business Court and North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Mr. Brendle understands that divorce can be hard on a person, especially on children, and he works tirelessly to obtain child support in cases involving children. He strives to make all the processes as smooth and seamless as possible for his clients. 

Among his accomplishments, Business North Carolina magazine named Mr. Brendle to its Legal Elite list consecutively, he holds a rating of 9.5 on Avvo and he has received many positive reviews from his clients. He is a member of multiple organizations, including the American Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association.
