Andria D. Marquez

Andria D. Marquez is an associate attorney at the law firm of Marcellino & Tyson PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Marquez dedicates her practice exclusively to family law, representing clients in the Charlotte metropolitan area. She has experience with child custody, divorce, domestic violence and other family law matters.

Ms. Marquez has been practicing family law for her entire legal career. She is an experienced negotiator, committed to resolving each case in the way that best meets her clients’ needs. When a settlement cannot be achieved, she is prepared to take a case to trial.

After graduating from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, Ms. Marquez earned her law degree from Wake Forest Law. While attending law school, she participated in many activities that would prepare her for a career as a family law attorney. She focused her classes on family law and served as a guardian ad litem in the law school’s Child Advocacy Clinic.

Upon law school graduation, Ms. Marquez received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers North Carolina Chapter Law Student Award. She went on to pass the North Carolina bar examination and received her license to practice law before all North Carolina state courts. She then joined Marcellino & Tyson PLLC and began her family law practice.

As an active member of the North Carolina legal community, Ms. Marquez belongs to many professional organizations. She is involved with the Mecklenburg County Bar’s Family Law Section, the Gaston County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association’s Family Law Section, Women Lawyers of Charlotte and the American Bar Association.
