Ms. Pantazis is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the United States Supreme Court, as well as in all North Carolina state courts. A graduate of the College of William & Mary, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1994. In 1999, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and was one of Wake Forest Law Review’s published members.

A North Carolina board-certified specialist in workers’ compensation, Ms. Pantazis is a fellow in the College of  Workers' Compensation Lawyers and the Co-Chair of the NC State Bar Board of Legal Specialization's Workers' Compensation Committee. She has an Avvo “Superb” rating and was chosen as Claimants' Attorney of  the Year by Best Lawyers in NC in 2020. For her high ethical standards and long list of successful results, she holds the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.

In addition to serving as a former PAC committee and Board of Governors member, Ms. Pantazis is currently on the executive committees for the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) and the workers’ compensation section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
