Bryan Tyson

Attorney Bryan Tyson is a partner with the Marcellino & Tyson PLLC law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. A 1993 graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Mr. Tyson obtained his Juris Doctor with honors the from University of North Carolina School of Law in 1996. After practicing for several years, he obtained his Master of Laws in Taxation with a concentration in Employee Benefits from Georgetown University Law Center in 2002. He holds his license to practice in Georgia and North Carolina, and he is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in North Carolina as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia.

Mr. Tyson is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and he serves on the Development Committee for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is also very involved with the Christ Lutheran Church, where he and his family are members.
