Christian Perrin has practiced law in Charlotte for more than 18 years.  He focuses on building enduring relationships with clients through advocacy, responsiveness and candor. Christian is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. He has received a rating of AV Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell and was named as one of the top 100 attorneys in North Carolina in the 2024 and 2025 editions of North Carolina Super Lawyers.

Christian has substantial experience advising individuals, families and institutions on estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection, tax, estate administration, and probate law issues. His experience with trust and estate disputes enhances his ability to anticipate ambiguous situations when clients are planning estates, establishing trusts, or undergoing the probate administration process. He has been acknowledged by his peers as one of Business North Carolina magazine’s “Legal Elite” 11 times, most recently in 2025.

Christian represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, will and trust construction matters, will caveats, trustee and executor removal actions, trust modification and termination and power of attorney abuse cases. He served as managing editor for the inaugural edition of the North Carolina Fiduciary Litigation Manual published by the North Carolina Bar Association.

Christian also provides counsel to entrepreneurs and companies on various matters concerning business governance, taxation and ownership. 

Christian has served on the Foundation For The Carolinas’ Cabinet of Professional Advisors and the North Carolina Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Council. He has held leadership roles, including chairing the North Carolina Bar Association's Fiduciary Litigation Committee and the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Mecklenburg Bar Association. Christian is licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
