Handling a wide array of employment and labor matters throughout her career, Ms. Woodward’s experience encompasses issues related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, E-Verify, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and various state employment and labor law statutes. Additionally, she has dealt with employee privacy concerns, workplace violence, breach of contract cases, employment torts, covenants not to compete and non-solicitation agreements. Securing her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1991, Ms. Woodward also earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. She has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Additionally, she is also a National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-certified Superior Court mediator.
