Mr. Shelton completed his undergraduate studies in 1991, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the Florida State University. He later enrolled at the Florida State University College of Law, where he served as an executive editor at the Florida State Law Review. During his time in law school, he interned for the Honorable William Stafford of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, giving him a glimpse of how the federal judiciary works and uses it at his clients’ behest.
